HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

1. Go to any participating American Tourister stores (attached list) and spend a single purchase receipt on  March 15,  2024 to May 31, 2024 worth at least PHP 3,500 to get 1 raffle entry.
2. Customers must take a photo of their receipt and register online via alwayssummer.ph giving the following details:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Mobile Number
   4. Email
   5. Complete Postal Address
   6. City
   7. Zip Code
   8. Date of Purchase
   9. Place of Purchase
   10. Official Receipt / Sales Invoice / Order Number
   11. Upload Receipt

1. 1 winner will receive a 3D/2N paid trip to Siargao for two
   (airfare & accommodation only)
   1 winner of Airpods

10 winners of PHP 2,500 Klook Vouchers
20 winners of PHP 1,000 Grab Vouchers

3. The promo period is from  March 15, 2024 to May 31, 2024 only.

4. Raffle draw will happen on June 10, 2024 with the presence of a DTI representative via Zoom call.

5. The winners will be announced on June 15, 2024.

DETERMINATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER

1. All qualified entries will be exported from https://alwayssummer.ph/ on June 1, 2024 with the presence of a DTI representative
2. Winners will be drawn on June 10, 2024
3. Wheel of names app (https://wheelofnames.com) will be used in determining the winner.
4. Winners will be announced on June 15, 2024 and will be notified through REGISTERED postal mail and email.

HOW TO REDEEM THE PRIZE

1. The winner will need to contact us via email: hello@msocial.ph  to confirm their identity. Winners must send 2 valid IDs and the official receipt of their purchase.
2. Upon confirmation, the winner may choose dates for their travel to Siargao. Availability of flight and accommodation are dependent on airline and hotel availability.
3. Once booking is confirmed, the winner cannot change the travel date. The agency, MSOCIAL INC, will provide all necessary travel details to the winner. If not used on the booked date and time, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the sponsor.
4. Airpods will be delivered to the winners for free
5. Prize must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of the sponsor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) The American Tourister Summer Party Raffle is organized and managed by Samsonite Philippines Inc. having its address at Enzo Building, 399 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City (the “Promoter”). The Promotion is open to all residents of Philippines age 18 years and above, except the following: 

Employees of the Promoter, the advertising agency (MSocial Inc.), distributors and trade partners (Lazada, Shopee and Zalora) and participating outlets including their relatives up to first degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promotion

(2) The term of the Promotion is from 15th of March 2024 to 15th of May 31 ,2024 (the “Promotion Period”). 

(3) The Promotion is open to customers who purchase American Tourister items worth PHP3,500+ (single-receipt) during the Promotion Period in participating online stores as listed on attached document. Any transaction sent from a Participating Location during the Promotion Period shall qualify the customer to participate (“Qualifying Transaction”). 

(4) Customers must take a photo of their receipt and register online via https://alwayssummer.ph/ Only those registered online are eligible to participate in the raffle.

(5) Every customer will receive one (1) entry for every Qualifying Transaction conducted at any of the Participating Locations during the Promotion Period and get a chance to win one of the prizes listed below. 

(6) Prizes include:

(7) The air ticket voucher shall be subject to conditions in paragraph 17 below

(9) Winners will be announced on June 15, 2024 and will be notified through REGISTERED postal mail and email. Prizes may be claimed within 60 days from receipt of registered notice.

1. 1 participant with 1 raffle entry can only win once in the course of the raffle
2. Once the name has been drawn, it will be taken out of the raffle list for the next prize

(10) If any winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit. 

(11) The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the promotion is final in concurrence with DTI.

(12) The winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Promotion including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed. 

(13) The winner will need to contact the agency, MSOCIAL INC via email (hello@msocial.ph) to confirm their identity. Winner must send 2 valid IDs and the official receipt of their purchase.

2. Once booking is confirmed, the travel date is considered FINAL. The winner cannot change the travel date after final confirmation. 
3. If not used on the final booked date and time, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the sponsor.

(13) 20% tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 shall be paid by Samsonite Philippines Inc. 

(14) The prizes will be awarded as described within the Promotion. The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

(14) Terms and Conditions for the air ticket Package: 

(a) Winners shall be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate health documentation. The winners shall be responsible for obtaining their visa at their own expense.

(b) The Promoter shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses other than the air ticket and accommodation expense as specified above, any meal expenses, any expenses of a personal nature, any other travel related expenses or such other expenses which have not been specifically included in the terms and conditions of the prizes. 

(c) The Promoter shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to health concerns, local restrictions, personal reasons.

(d) The Promoter shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness, bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion during and/or in course of, and after the package. 

(15) Any pictures depicting the prizes on the press advertisements, posters or TVC’s etc. are representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes. 

(16) By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

(17) Decisions made by the Promoter in all matters to do with the Promotion are final in concurrence with DTI.

(18) Winners who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified for the same. 

(19) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered. 

(20) The Promoter disclaims any warranty or representation in relation to the prizes and shall not be responsible for the proper functioning of the prizes or any defect, loss or injury resulting from the use of the prizes. 

(21) By accepting these terms and conditions all participants (i.e. the data subjects) agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Promoter and stored on the Promoter’s database and used for the 3 administration of its ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the Promotion. (22) These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
